Winemaking

Grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes and then transported to the winery. De-stemming and crushing of the bunches, followed by direct pressing. Decant for 48 hours. Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to maintain the purity of the grape varieties.
