Description
Color: Citrus with golden tones.
Aroma: Delicate with aromas of citrus fruits, lemon and green apple, herbs such as mint and spearmint, and a slight autolytic character with notes of toast and brioche.
Notes: On the palate, it’s elegant with a very fine bubble, lemon, green apple and apricot flavors and with a greater presence of lees aging, showing a slight oxidation and some baking. It finishes with a marked acidity. Elegant.
