Malvasia de Colares, the typical white grape variety of the Colares region, produces the inimitable Colares white wine, characterized by its aromatic complexity and the salty impression it leaves on the palate.
Description
Color: Golden-yellow.
Aromas: Exuberant nose, bringing the sea into the glass. Aromas of lemon, peach, jasmine, seaweed, wet stone and also aromas from the barrel ageing, such as smoke and butter.
Tasting notes: Fine and complex, with several layers throughout the tasting. The maritime influence is very present in this wine, leaving a sensation of saltiness and dryness at the end of the mouth.
