Color: Citrine with golden tones
Aroma: Delicate with aromas of citrus fruits, lemon and green apple, herbs such as mint and spearmint, and a slight autolytic character with notes of toast and brioche.
Notes: On the palate, it is elegant, showing very fine bubbles, with flavors of lemon, green apple, and apricot, and a greater presence of lees ageing, displaying slight oxidation and some bready notes. It finishes with a pronounced and elegant acidity.
