Shipping within Portugal
- Mainland Portugal: free shipping on orders of €60 or more. Below €60, shipping costs €10 (free in Greater Lisbon).
- Delivery within 2 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Madeira and the Azores (air, 3 to 5 working days): 1 to 3 bottles €50.44; 4 to 6 bottles €56.44; 7 to 12 bottles €67.44; 13 to 18 bottles €77.44; 19 to 24 bottles €87.44; 25 to 30 bottles €99.44; 31 to 36 bottles €106.44. VAT included.
- Magnum bottles (1.5 L) and the Lobo & Lua pack ship within Portugal only.
International shipping
- We ship to Spain, most of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada.
- International orders ship in boxes of 6 bottles (6, 12 or 18 bottles per order).
- Shipping depends on the country and is shown in the cart before payment.
- For the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Canada, import taxes or customs fees may be charged on delivery.
Tasting vouchers
- Vouchers are emailed within 24 hours of purchase. No shipping costs.
- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Visits are booked by email at info@quintadesanmichel.pt.
Returns
- You may return an order within 14 working days of delivery, with the bottles closed, sealed and in their original packaging.
- To return an order, email info@quintadesanmichel.pt with your order number.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong item
If a bottle arrives broken or you received the wrong item, send us a photo at info@quintadesanmichel.pt within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
