Galego Dourado 2023
Traditionally grown in the regions of Colares and Carcavelos, this grape variety has been regaining prominence in a current context marked by the resurgence of winemaking practices and traditions with a strong cultural identity. Curiously, some synonyms link it to South Africa, where it was first introduced as Pedro Ximenez, later known as Pedro Luís and finally as Falso Pedro.

Description
Color: Reveals an attractive straw-yellow color.
Aromas: The aroma is intense and expressive, with striking initial notes of phosphorus and gunpowder, which integrate harmoniously with citrus scents such as tangerine and green apple. There are also subtle hints of freshly cut herbs.
Tasting notes: On the palate, it stands out for its elegance and finesse, with a lively, saline acidity that gives it freshness. The texture is enveloping, the result of 6 months on the lees, contributing to a good volume in the mouth. It finishes with a mineral, fine and very balanced profile.
